Located 26 km from Virajpet, the nearest town, take the diversion to the left off Madikeri Road at Kadanoor Junction and drive towards Kakkabe. 3 km short of Kakkabe, turn left at Kabbinkadu Junction (Yavakapadi post office) and drive 4 km towards Tamara. Look out for the signboard with an illustration of stags and take the sharp right up a short dirt track incline to The Bungalow 1934.
